Work Flow/Custom website development

Phase 1 :
Requirements Gathering :
Our business consultants conduct Joint Application Development sessions (JDS) with client. We store detailed requirements of client.

Phase 2 :
Technical Architecture: Our Technical Architects advise the client on the options left to him and the technology solutions for project implementations.

Phase 3 :
Confirmation Project Specification: With all the details of the client and suggested features of our architects , we make a final project specification for the project and assigned by client.

Phase 4 :
Costing: depending on the requirements we make cost estimation. Of course a negotiated cost confirmed.

Phase 5 :
Deal: If we both(we & buyer) agree to make a deal with a final cost, we both sign on NDA(Non disclosure agreement) and fax it to buyer.

Phase 6 :
Down Payment: we require 50% upfront to start a project. As soon as the buyer deposits money we start working. Buyer can send money by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Western Union, Bank wire.

Phase 7 :
Working phase: As per the confirmation we make design, coding and development per module.

Phase 8 :
Development Progress: We will upload all latest designs and files to our development server by 2 days frequently until project get finish and send you link to check progress of your project and will ask you feedback if any changes requires.

Phase 9 :
Testing: We test every worked module properly by our skilled testers several times.

Phase 10 :
Final Payment and Upload to Clients Server: After the final deposit we upload the entire project to the clients server from our development server.

Phase 11 :
Support: We provide full support also after the completion. You provide the service like fixing bugs at free of cost. Charges applicable for extra modules/pages.
